4-Piece Pool Cue Identification and Info

I just recently moved into a historic home and had to do some air conditioning duct work.

During that work, I found this pool cue in the attic and can not for the life of me identify the cue maker, or whether or not it's a custom cue stick made by an average Joe.

It's a four-piece pool cue including the shaft.

Any help identifying the pool cue will be greatly appreciated.
