3-Piece Mali Cue with Adjustable Weight Washers

I have an old Mali 3-piece pool cue with three 1-ounce washers to go from 18 ounce to 21 ounce.

It has a long wooden screw thread on the bottom butt piece to add or remove the washer weights.

Can you tell me anything about this Mali cue (age ,value)?
