1975 Pool Cue Identification

1975 Pool Cue Identification

I'm trying to identify the maker of my 1975 cue.

It has matching serial numbers on the shaft and butt, a 1-inch brass screw, a leather handle, and inlaid ivory points. It is made from maple, as I recall.
