Is this a Brunswick Pool Cue Case?

I recently found this cue case and cue. They seem to have been born together.

The cue case is leather and is well made, but the tag has been cut off.

I was wondering if this could be a Brunswick cue case? The cue is probably a 1968 Brunswick Medalist cue.
