   This cue case is from an early-1990s line of pool cues endorsed by Steve Mizerak.

   Your Mizerak cue case appears to be the top model pictured below in the brochure:

   

   They are more or less a standard pool cue case, nothing special. Value it the same as any other similar cue case. You might fetch a bit more if you find a cue collector with a specific interest in that particular line of cues.

   Hopefully now I can find more on the Brunswick cue I am trying to identify.
