Round Robin Pool Tournament Schedule?

I am having trouble making a round robin pool tournament schedule for 18 teams.

The problem is we are playing out of 8 different bars. One of them have four teams and the rest have 2 teams.

I can't have both teams playing at their home bars at the same time. I've tried to do it a few different ways and it seems impossible! I was able to get it close once but had a couple teams playing 11 games at their home bar and the other team only playing 6 matches at home.

Very frustrating! Anybody have any advice for me?
