Old Billiards Game Called "Go Back"

Growing up in the Kentucky mountains back in the day (1960s), one of the few forms of entertainment available to us was hanging out at the pool hall.

I remember watching guys play Amos and Andy (Double Check), Cut Throat, and "Go Back" for pocket change. I remember the rules for Double Check and Cut Throat, but cannot recall a thing about "Go Back."

Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks.
