Jump Shots Allowed in Bank Pool?
I am not sure about one of the rules for how to play Bank Pool.
Are jump shots allowed in Bank Pool? Are jump shots even legal?
If I call a jump bank shot and it hits the rail I called, and goes into the pocket I called, is that a legal shot? Are jump bank shots OK in banks pool?
This question relates to the following billiard rules:

Yes jump shots are legal in bank pool.
As long as the shot played out exactly as you called it, with no adjacent kisses, caroms, hits, or ball touches, etc. then the shot you described is legal.
We know this for certain since there is a section in the BCAPL Bank Pool Rules which talks about jump shots:
7.9 Jump Shot Requirement
Jump shots may only be attempted with your playing cue.
This is to say that jump shots are allowed so long as you are using your standard playing cue.
