Are Pocketed Object Balls Re-Spotted after a Scratch in Rotation Pool?
In rotation pool, when you pocket an object ball and scratch, do you spot that object ball back on the table?

No, all pocketed object balls remain pocketed when the shooting player scratches.
This is considered a foul, and the rules only specify that the incoming player has the option of taking the next shot or allowing (forcing) the fouling player to continue.
