1-15 Pool - Pocket Last Ball and Special Ball in Same Shot?

1-15 Pool - Pocket Last Ball and Special Ball in Same Shot?

If I am trying to set up my special ball after I've pocketed a ball if I am only trying to set up my specialty ball make a legal hit and it goes in the right pocket does it come back up even though I didn’t foul?
