Custom Ebony Meucci 21-6 Cue
A Meucci custom 21-6 ebony cue in a 60-inch length. It was for sale as of 2020-02-22. From the seller: For sale is a custom ebony Meucci 21-6 cue. It has been test hit with, but has never left my house. I've run a few racks with it, but it's in brand-new condition. The cue is 60 inches long. 30 inches butt length, and 30 inch shaft length. It weights 19.5 oz, and has a matching 12.5 mm 2nd generation Carbon Pro shaft w/ soft Ultra Skin tip. The cue is is custom and differs from the standard 21-6 in length, ring work, inlays, and wood type. It has a clear-coated white wrap, and rolls good. There is one blemish spot on the ebony (pictured) where the stain did not take. Per Meucci customer service: "The smudge, as you call it, is actually a natural artifact of the ebony wood. That is natural and commonly occurs in that wood. It isn't a smudge."

This Meucci 21-6 custom version in ebony wood. According to the original owner and seller, there is one blemish spot on the ebony (pictured) where the stain did not take. This is a custom Meucci 21-6 ebony 60" cue from the 21st Century line from Meucci.
This custom ebony 21-6 cue was first shown-off on Feb 7, 2020 on a Meucci Facebook group by Chris B.
It matches an earlier custom Meucci 21-6 cue he had ordered about a year prior (which has most of the same customizations this cue has, but has the standard cocobolo wood.
There are three main customizations on this cue as compared with the standard Meucci 21-6 cue :
- Ebony wood is the basis of the butt sleeve and forearm, which differs from the cocobolo wood used in the standard Meucci 21-6 cue.
- It is extra long, at 60 inches vs. the 58-inch standard length for the Meucci 21-6 cue.
The addition of three more sets of bands (two book-ending the white linen wrap - shown below - and one near the butt-cap). Meucci describes the bands as follows:
Multiple-material bands made of white plastic with twenty-four green veneer 1/16th x 1/16th squares set in a white background and surrounded by aluminum rings.
