Cake Pool Strategy
Most players probably don't play this game, or even know what it is, but I like it, so am starting a thread about Cake Pool Strategy play. Feel free to reply with your Cake Pool Strategies here!
- Pretend that you are trying to pocket your colored ball into the center pocket. (ensuring that this does not actually occur!)
- If your color is no longer present on the table, or if it was not there even when you took your piece of paper, you can try to get rid of all the other colors remaining so that your opponents can not win.
- Always try to guess what color is whose and play according to this, if you can.
Hopefully some others out there play this game!

Haha, "Cake Pool" sounds so lame! I used to play this a bit, but the few people I knew that played it kinda stopped coming around!
Another tip to add to your list:
A more novice player can push for a handicap for better players. This can be done by increasing the two point limit for pocketing colored balls to three. This handicap, and a little luck, can give the novice a fairly decent chance at winning.
