Value of Antique Billiard Ball Coat Rack

I am a pool player from Springfield, IL, and I have a billiard ball coat rack (coat rack where you hang your coat on hooks made from pool balls).

It is a very old piece that was made by a pool player named Leonardo Luna in the Philippines.

I've checked around for others like it and have found that it is one-of-a-kind. Nobody else has one like it.

I am looking to find out how much this Leonardo Luna pool ball coat rack might be worth.
