What Size Pool Table Will Fit In My Room

I'm looking at 8 foot pool tables, may have to go to 7, but for the purposes of this post let's think in terms of 8. Would I be able to fit an 8 foot pool table in the room described in the attached image using 48" cues and shorter cues for a few difficult corner spots?

How prominent do you think the difficult "right-in-the-corner" shorts would be?

The image below is to scale and the space at the top and left of the image goes on for a long ways so I didn't include those dimensions
