Pool Table in a 12x20 Foot Room?

I have a potential pool table room that is 12 feet by 20 feet.

Would a regulation pool table fit in a 12x20 foot room, and would there still be room to stand comfortably to strike the ball?

   yeah, that will just barely accommodate. You've got more than enough length going for you (20) however, it WILL be tight with a 12 foot width.

   Hey, did you ever get your pool table to fit in your billiard room? I was also thinking that it will be a tight fit at best.
