7 Foot Pool Table Room Size and Cue Size

I am looking for pool table room size for a 7-foot pool table.

Basically, I am looking to put a 7 foot pool table in a room that is 10.5 feet wide and roughly 13 feet long.

How cramped would I be with a 7' pool table and what length cues would you suggest for that billiard room size?
