TC Naz Pool Tables

TC Naz Pool Tables

I am in Cleveland, OH, and I am wondering if anyone has a TC Naz pool table and would know if they are any good?

I am looking for a pool table for my man cave and have been reading through the forums here. First of all thank you for the knowledge others have shared. I am a extreme novice but enjoy playing pool and I am on a budget.

I originally was looking at the import stuff ( American heritage, cannon, etc). After reading the poor reviews and I like to buy American I started looking again. I don't think I can afford the expensive stuff like Olhausen but I am going to take a look at these local made pool tables called T.C. Naz.

They are made in east lake Ohio (Cleveland) and the showroom is next to where they make them. Wondered if anyone has herd of them or owns one. I think they are pretty much local as their delivery cut off isn't far from me and I live about an hour away. I'm open to any other suggestions on budget but not junk tables I really can't spend over $2000 - $3000.

Here's a couple links for the TC Naz pool table sites:

We bought cue racks and dart cabinets from them in the past, They were great quality. If the price is right I would go for it.

Thanks. I emailed asking what their low end tables cost before I take the drive up there. Not that i mind making a drive up to Cleveland gives me an excuse to stop at great lakes brewery and get some Lake Erie monster, yum! Will let you guys know what I hear back. I'm also debating what size table to get I think I should prob. Get a 7th because I only have a 12'9" wide room even though it's 24' long. If I find some good deal on a 8 footer I will deal with using a shorty for direct side on shots. The one side does have a open part on 1/2 of the side where a hall way is.

Here's the email I got back this morning

Do you know what size table that you are looking for? Brand new TC Naz tables start at $1495. This is for either 7' or 8' sizes. If you are looking on the website (www.nazmfg.com) the Ultrafoil series tables are the least expensive models that I make. The worst part about this particular model is it only comes in two colors - black or Detroit Oak. The ball & claw or rams head legs are a $100 up charge.

If you are interested in a 7' table, I have a used black UF table with ball & claw legs that I am selling for $1100. Normally this table would be $1595. This table has brand new cushions and you would be able to choose whatever color cloth you want.

If you are able to spend a little more money you will be able to get into the models that we offer in different wood species (Red Oak or Maple standard) in whatever stain color you like. These tables start at $1795.

If you look on the www.bullseyetcnaz.com website under used tables you will see a picture of a floor model table that I have discounted. It is the first table listed on the page.

I think you would be really happy with the quality and pricing of our table line. Now would be a perfect time to buy a table (as opposed to our busy winter months).

Give me a call if you have any questions or if you want to discuss my table line in more detail. I would be happy to go into more detail on the construction of our tables and how the pricing works.

I look forward to speaking with you soon and hopefully building you a pool table.

    Thanks,

If you are going to spend the money, I would stay away from the Ultrafoil, it is just a mdf table like the American Heritage tables and you might as well buy what looks the best.

The mid level tables are at least veneer on ply which will hold up, Olhausen tables you can get on Ply or Solid tulipwood.

As far as pricing goes, it is probably comparable to Olhausen, I would just compare the models if you can. If you need anything else let me know.

I was getting ready to make the one and half trip up today to look at those TC naz pool tables but I decided to check out my local olhausen dealer first. They had a sale going on for their floor models the guy said this was their slow time and theY were trying to make room for patio furniture and summer stuff. I ended up putting 100 bucks down to hold a new but floor model olhausen Santa Ana model. They are selling it for 2599 installed + tax. Really love the table but was nervous about making a big purchase like that spur of the moment so I just put down 100 bucks refundable if I decide I don't want it. Do you guys think thats a good price? It doesn't have any scratches or dings.

Even with a standard finish $2,599 installed is a great price, the table alone has a retail price of 4,880 and with an upgraded finish we sell it for around $4,200. it has a nice thick cabinet and 1" slate and is more than likely on maple wood.

Yah it's maple with the expresso finish free accessories.

Nice, and that's a popular finish.
