Mizerak Bella Vista Pool Table

My boyfriend and I are going to look at a pool table tonight. The guy posted it as a Mizerak Bella Vista, that's 2 years old, for $250. It has a slatron top.

We're not huge pool players yet, so we figured a used table would be a nice start for us, but I don't want to get ripped off at the same time. I did a little research, but I can't seem to find anything recent on pricing to tell if this is a good deal.

Any help or info anyone could give me on these I would appreciate.
