Imperial Eliminator
I've been seeking a new or slightly used pool table for quite some time now, and recently stumbled across the following local posting.
8-foot Imperial Eliminator Pool Table One year old in perfect condition Arimath pool balls "Shark" version extra set of brand new felt
They are asking for $1,000 or best offer.
I've never seen an imperial table before, does anyone have any thoughts or comments on this?
Thank you.

Upon further review, this doesn't seem like a great deal.
It looks like a new one is $1,395, and it only has a 3/4" slate.
I'm still interested to hear if anyone has comments on the quality of construction and materials of an Imperial table though.

Excellent. With holiday specials, you made the right choice to buy new, especially with the price they were asking for the used one.
Hope to see you uploading some pictures of your room when you get your new table set up.
...and welcome to the forums, by the way.

Thanks for the welcome, but I did not choose to purchase this table new, I chose to to pass on it all together. I'm still in the market for a table.
I'm thinking I'm going to end up with a Brunswick pool table or an Olhaussen pool table, but I don't want to rule anything out.
