Help With Pool Table Selection

I am just wondering what are some of the good billiard tables out there that are not too expensive?

What is the best size of pool table to get, 8 foot pool table or a 9 foot pool table.

Also what color cloth do you guys like for a pool table? Red, blue, green, and tan, I am guessing, are the main colors. I like tan and red and hate green.
