Buying a BCE Riley Atlantic 9 Foot Pool Table

This is my first time buying a pool table and I have collected some information.

My room size is appropriate and I would like to get a pool table like the Riley Atlantic 9 ft pool table by BCE. I could go for an 8 foot pool table as well.

So can you guys help me out to recommend any pool tables that have the same shape and style as the one mentioned above from any top manufacturers? I do not have a budget so say whatever you have on your mind regardless the price.

What are the best pool table manufacturers in the world in terms of quality?

I also would like to know what is considered to be the "best pool table in the world"?
