Used cue, which brand and quality?
Hey folks, my first post in here and im just wondering what kind of cue i have right now.. Bought myself a used cue, its well used but in nice shape allthough the leather-grip is little bit "rubbed up".. The cue it self playes well and i love the backpiece, frontpiece needs changing.. There is no sort of brand mark anywhere on the cue.. Anyways, I hope somebody could help me with the brand and what kinds of specialities my cue got, thanks :D

It looks like maybe a "Players" brand cue but overall it looks like an overlay cue with maybe a inlay or two. I'm very surprised that there isn't some sort of symbol on it to ID the manufacturer.
Without nailing down who makes the cue it is hard to give you an exact on the quality but cues that look similar are from Action, Players, Lucasi, Mayhem, Griffin, etc. and are all pretty much made in the same factory or two in China. Overall not a bad thing but you are not getting the top of the line.
But let me emphasize this: If you like the way the cue plays, it is straight (and stays straight), and didn't pay more then $150 US for the cue I say you should enjoy the cue.

Thanks for the answer, was hoping for something more exotic, but cant win the lottery everytime. And as you are saying, it plays well and is straight as an arrow. As a bonus i dident pay more than ca 100 bucks for it used so :D

Looks to me like a cue made in the Phillipines. I've never seen a Players cue like that.
