Recommend a Pool Cue for Under $140

Can anyone recommend a dedicated break cue for around $140?

I like something around 19 oz, and I want to buy from the Seybert's selection, as I am buying blind. Any help will be appreciated.

Also I am tempted to buy a Sneaky Pete with a Z2 shaft.

Again I have never tried one as there are none to try here in Cambodia. Any views on the sneaky Pete, and which is the best of the 5?
