Recommend a new Cue Stick
I was thinking about finally getting myself a good pool cue. What would you recommend without breaking my bank?

I got a Viking for 200.00. No regrets, utterly pleased. moo moo. ahem. Anyways what is breaking the bank to you? If you got $500+ to blow, might as well go with some neato butt and a predator or OB2 shaft. As I always recommend, shop around and if you care, watch for shaft warranties. And always buy from authorized retailers of whatever brand you may choose. Unauthorized dealers may offer a better price, but there will be no warranty or protection. Research, research, research. Good luck and happy hunting! By the way. Shaft protectors are never a bad idea. PoolDawg.com offers up some good advice on buying shafts and different performance factors too. AND don't settle for a cheap tip. Tiger snipers are good, Moori's, Kamui's, a good tip, in my opinion, is the most important part of the cue, well, that and a low deflection shaft. Then again flashy graphics on the butt can be good to your psychology / confidence! Every man likes a nice butt!

Rather than retypinig any of this:

May be a bit late to come back to you... but I would suggest you the advantages of the lowest deflection cues in the world. These are the patented cues we produce which outperform Predator easily.
Enjoy your game,
