pool cue recommendation

hi guys, i'm bernard from Malaysia.

Currently I got a used fiberglass pool cue made by a brand called CUETEC.

I got it from a friend of mine and tested it, but I find it sucks compare to those cue that provided by the pool center.

This cue lighter and the sound when I shoot a ball totally make me feel uneasy...should I change the shaft by getting a wooden shaft or get a new cue?

I'm 21 this year and an average player with 3 years experience the link below shows that what kind of pool cue that I can get in my country
