Snooker Break Shot

I wanted to get your opinions on snooker break shots. What approach do you all take?

I start with the cue ball on either side of the brown ball. Next, I'll aim and shoot to thin the second last row of reds. When doing this, i'll throw some outside spin, travel four cushions.

This is done with the goal of a snooker behind either green or yellow balls.
