Jan 2020 Listing of Dennis Orcollo's BMC Cue
The photos from Tony Ignomirello's classified listing in January 2020 for his custom 1 of 1 Dennis Orcollo BMC cue. From the seller: This is a one-of-a-kind custom cue made by Bob Meucci for Mr. Dennis Orcollo. The cue is signed by both Mr. Orcollo and Bob Meucci. This cue was used in many tournaments between June 2017 to late 2018. This cue was used to win the $100,000 challenge match against Tony Chohan. It was also used by Dennis when he won the Cole Dickson Memorial 10 ball, the west coast Challenge 10 ball, the Scotty Townsend Memorial 9 ball, the Midwest Billiard Expo 1 pocket, and the Virginia State 10 ball Titles. It was used when Dennis took 2nd place in the American Straight pool Classic and the Great Dismal Swamp 9 ball matches, all in 2017. In 2018 this was the cue Dennis used to win the Derby City Classic 14.1 Championship, and was also used when he took 5th place in the World Pool Masters. This cue weighs approximately 19.2 ounces to 19.7 ounces depending what scale is used and what shaft is on the cue. It comes with two Meucci "The Pro" shafts, both with matching ring work. As you can see it is a very good hitting cue and it is a very beautiful cue. This cue, when purchased by me, was sent directly to Proficient Billiards to be refinished to make sure it was in great condition for storage. But as you can see I must let go of this collector cue because of a fire that destroyed my home in 2017. I now need money to finish my rebuilt home. So my loss is your gain!
Dennis Orcollo BMC Cue Info
Info on the Dennis Orcollo BMC Cue
This is a custom BMC cue made for Dennis Orcollo during his sponsorship deal with Meucci Cues. The custom cue features both Dennis Orcollo and Bob Meucci's signatures on the forearm. It was custom designed and built by Bob Meucci to Orcollo's specifications. Only of these cues has ever been made.
Though the exact completion date is not known, we can ballpark the date and say it was completed sometime in the spring of 2017. This is based on a for-sale post in 2020 which says "This cue was used for many tournaments from June 2017 to late 2018".
There is also a post on AZ Billiards by user terryhanna dated 2017-11-29 titled Dennis Orcollo's New Cue, which included a link to a live stream of a one-pocket match in which Dennis was using the pool cue.
The cue was sold in May 2018 after Orcollo's Meucci sponsorship came to a close. The purchase price is unknown.
The cue was said to be owned jointly between Bob Meucci and Dennis Orcollo. When the cue was sold off at the end of Dennis' sponsorship deal, half of the proceeds went to Dennis and half to Bob.
It was purchased by Tonyi Ignomirello, who had it restored at Proficient Billiards later that year (see sale photos and restoration photos below). Tony published a YouTube video showing the cue in June 2018.
In January 2020, Tony put the cue up for sale for $4200. It is unclear on whether the cue sold at this time or for that asking price.

Dennis is close to ending his sponsorship deal with Meucci at the end of May, 2018 and he will be selling his custom BMC playing cue. This cue was specially made for Dennis by Bob Meucci personally. There is a lot of work that went into making this cue and it's a beauty. I've hit balls with it and I can tell you that it is a very solid hitting cue. Dennis has won several pool tourneys in the last year playing with this cue and had several other top four finishes in majors with it.
A comparable Meucci BMC cue would sell for $2,500 and this one has the added prestige of being Dennis' personal cue. We are looking for someone who wants a significant cue to add to their collection and one that plays good as well. Accepting offers now (only by PM) with the cue going to the highest offer at the end of the month. Minimum bid $1,000. Shipping will be paid in the U.S. Overseas shipping is extra. More pics available on request.
Cue is 58" long, weighs 19.4 oz. and has a 13mm tip on a Meucci "The Pro" shaft.
The balance point is 17" from the butt end of the cue, about an inch below the top of the wrap. It comes with his playing shaft (shown) and the spare shaft (sorry I forgot to show that one - it is very clean!).
He defeated Tony Chohan using this cue, along with at least a dozen other serious money matches. He also won over $50,000 in tournaments using this cue; big table 9-Ball and Ten Ball, bar table Ten Ball and Eight Ball, One Pocket, Bank Pool and Straight Pool. He just won the Houston Open Ten Ball two weeks ago with this cue ($7,000 + $12,000 Calcutta) and finished third in the Carom Room One Pocket last week.
The new owner of this cue will also receive a personal letter from Dennis Orcollo about the cue and how he did while owning it, as well as a photo of him with the cue.
Currently, the Ocrollo BMC cue belongs 50% to Dennis and 50% to Bob Meucci. The results of any sale will be distributed this way.

Info on the Dennis Orcollo BMC Cue from a Letter of Authenticity from Dennis Orcollo
June 30, 2018
I sold my personal Meucci cue to Tony Ignomirello in May, 2018. This is the cue that I have used since June 2017 continuously in tournaments, money games and exhibitions. My biggest win using this cue was for $100,000 in a Challenge match with Tony Chohan. I also won the Cole Dickson Memorial Ten Ball, the West Coast Challenge Ten Ball, the Scotty Townsend Memorial 9-Ball, the Midwest Billiard Expo One Pocketmm, and the Virginia State Ten Ball titles. I won second place in the American Straight Pool Classic and Great Dismal Swamp 9-Ball. All these were in 2017.
In 2018, I won the Derby City Classic 14.1 Championship and finished third in the Asian Culture Day Ten Ball, the Derby City 9-Ball, the 9-Ball Players Championship, the Ten Ball Players Championship and fifth place in the World Pool Masters.
This cue was made for me personally by Bob Meucci and it is one of a kind. There is no other similar cue that Bob has made. It is the only one that has both my autograph and Bob's autograph on it, making it unique.
I hope you enjoy owning this very special cue,
Dennis Orcollo
