Though the Casino 1b cue model design, in general, came out in 2013, we only started seeing the joker cards version around December 2022 (from Tom Okapal).

BMC Casino 1 Reverse Joker Pool Cue Specs
Bumper:	Meucci's standard black basic push-in rubber bumper
Butt Cap:	Meucci-style white synthetic butt cap
Butt Plate:	White composite butt plate
Butt Sleeve:	Features a royal flush in the jokers card suit, over a 48 piece genuine mother of pearl sleeve, which is trimmed with red on either side. Above and below this card-sleeve are 6 red paua shell dice with white numbering bordered on either side by 24 1/32 x 1/16 aluminum rectangles. All is set in a white phenolic background.

Cue Length:	58.5 inches

Engraving:	Engraving is available upon request, unless purchasing a pre-built cue.
Ferrule:	Polycarbonate ferrule for a soft hit-now made more durable than original.
Forearm:	Beautifully inlaid Power Piston forearm, signed by Bob Meucci and dated at the time of production. It is inlaid with 4 authentic red-framed mother of pearl points. Between the four points are four 5-inch long lines of mother of pearl with a thin red mirror right down the middle. Each line ends in one of the 4 suites. Each heart, spade, diamond, club has a mother of pearl frame around a red mirror center.
Inlays:	Inlay materials used include mother of pearl, paua shell, and aluminum.
Joint Collar:	Joint collar is white with silver inlays surrounding red dice with white dots, bordered on each side with 24 1/32 x 1/16 aluminum rectangles (in the same style and pattern as those in the butt-sleeve)

Shaft Collar:	Shaft collar is white with silver inlays surrounding red dice with white dots. Matches the forearm joint collar and butt-sleeve dice pattern.
Standard Finish:	Five-proof urethane coating, including the wrap.
Tip Brand:	Medium-Hard LePro Tip came standard. Some came with Triangle cue tips.
Tip Size:	11.25mm or 12.75mm, depending on which shaft and shaft taper it came with. They were sold with all manner of shaft combinations.
