Need a new tip put on your cue? Stop in for our tip repair services. Most repairs are done by the next day. Prices vary due to the tip. Installation prices are $10 plus the cost of the tip.

We also have a variety of cases to fit anywhere from one cue to multiple cues and shafts. Cases start at $15 and go up to $215. This is a must have if you want to help keep your cue in good condition. If you need advice on a case, just ask us and we will be happy to help you pick what you need.

In our front counter, we also have a nice variety of cue care products ranging from tip picks and shapers to shaft cleaners and joint protectors. Be sure to take a look at these great products when purchasing your new cue.

About TJ's Pocket Billiards Valparaiso

TJ's has been open for over 15 years with a great customer base and also some of the best players in Northwest Indiana.

We have had a wide range of players from TJ's go to state tournaments and either win or place in the tournaments almost every year.

We hold BCAPL Sanctioned Leagues in both the Summer and Winter months that is open to all ages and skill levels. Joining an 8-Ball or 9-Ball league is a great way to meet new people and test your skills against players of all levels.

TJ's Billiards Calcutta Pool Tournament

We will be holding an 8-ball tournament, no handicap, race to 4 on winners side, race to 3 on losers side, alternate break, flip on the hill. This is a great tournament for everyone, especially those who are going to be playing down at state. Here are all the details:

Date: Saturday, February 23rd, 2013
Signups: 12:00pm
Caclutta: 1:00pm
Tourney Starts: ~1:30pm (Depends on duration of Calcutta)
Entry Fee: $20 (All money added to payout! No green fee!)

There is NO limit to amount of players for this.

For those who are unfamiliar with what a Calcutta is in a pool tournament, there is a brief explanation in the glossary on this site.

TJ's Billiards DJ Night!

Stop in on Friday nights for our DJ night! $10 per person which includes 3 hours of pool time.

Student Special!

Show us your school ID from any high school or college and only pay $4 per hour between open and 7pm. ID must be shown when you come up to pay for the table, must be from the current school year, and must be your school ID.

BCAPL Leagues at TJ's Billiards

Are you new to pool or just not that good at pool? Want to shoot in a league but don't want to travel to different bars just to play every week? Then sign up for one of our pool leagues!

This season we have 8-Ball BCAPL on Monday nights starting at 7:30pm. Next season we will have sign ups for 8-Ball BCAPL on Monday nights and 9-Ball BCAPL on Tuesday nights.

People of all play levels are encouraged to join either league here. Stop in and ask at the front counter to found out more about either league.

Our winter season is currently going and will end on March 25th providing we don't have to cancel due to snow. Sign ups for the summer season will start immediately after our winter season ends. A start date for the summer season will be announced later!

Hungry? We have hot food!

Just because you are hungry doesn't mean you have to quit playing! Come up to the front counter where we have a variety of items to help take away you hunger!

• Monday - Friday: 2pm - Close
• Saturday: 12pm - Close

We close no earlier than 12am every night. After 12am, we will close after we are down to one table.

All ages are welcome to come in and play!
