The Sterling Line of cues was created as more and more customers wanted to purchase products directly from Sterling Gaming after using their flagship product, the CueSight Laser Cue. Sterling pool cues are made under state of the art conditions using the finest materials available on earth. We got into this business knowing and expecting that we could make better pool cues and offer customers lower prices by applying our manufacturing controls knowledge to the production. Our raw materials supplier has one of the largest stockpiles of aged maple, ebony, rengas, cherry and a host of other woods in the world. Once the wood is turned down to the size needed for cues it is inspected and sorted into several grades. "A-grade" is the highest quality, and wood from the "A-grade" inventory is what goes into the manufacture of Sterling Cues. Additionally we have our own staff present to inspect the cues during the production in order to insure that only the best cues go out. And in the event that a cue does slip by our production staff then our customer service also inspects the cues before they go out to you. If, after all that, you still receive one that does not satisfy you then we guarantee to find a pool cue that does.
