Showood has been in the furniture manufacturing business since 1979. In 1991, Showood Inc. began manufacturing pool tables by producing the "Patriot" for Olhausen Billiard Manufacturing Inc. In less than a year, Showood expanded into the introductory level pool table market with the introduction of the "Yale". The "Yale" was marketed and sold to Watson's and other dealers throughout the Midwest and along the Eastern seaboard.

The "Columbia" and "Stanford" soon followed as we continued to expand our product line. In 1999, the "Princeton" was offered as our first leather drop pocket table. This same year, we imported our first container of slate, which enabled us to offer our line to a greater range of dealers and prompted us to exhibit our line of pool tables at the annual Billiards of Congress of America Convention and Trade Show.

We currently offer a complete line of quality American made pool tables to meet all of your customer's needs. Because of our attention to the ever-changing needs and demands of the pool table industry combined with our desire to provide unsurpassed customer service we have experienced strong and steady growth.

We continue the tradition of offering our dealers a quality American made pool table at a price that remains affordable with customer programs designed specifically to meet the needs of each individual dealer.
