Schon Custom Cues Milwaukee - Billiard Services

If you need us to do repairs to your cue, here is the process:

1. Don't call! we do all repairs based on an instructional we expect to find wth your cue.
2. Send your cue without cases or accessories and wrap it well enough to protect it from a collision with a fork lift truck (not a joke).
3. Write a letter with your name, address, phone number, and email address and a detailed description of what you think needs to be done. If we have questions, or are ready to deliver your cue, we will contact you.
4. Do not send payment with the cue.
5. If another cue repairman has performed much work on your cue, especially refinishing, we will decline to work on it. If they mess it up, they fix it.
6. The best way to see if your cue has been received by us is to track it through your shipper. Time is in very short supply in our shop and we have very few people. We can work on your cue or we can talk to you on the phone...be patient.

• Refinish (must be rewrapped) with linen or leather wrap.
• Rewrap with linen or leather
• New tip / pool cue tip replacement
• Ferrule and tip, standard or ivory
