Slate

True one inch thickness slate is one of the features on every North Coast Billiards table. This is what is required for tournament play, adding weight for accurate rebound. Oversized, 3 pieces set of slate extends under the rails so that the rails can be fastened directly to the slate and makes it possible to individually level each piece of slate for obtaining a perfect level every time,thus giving the best possible combination of play. The 3 piece slate is carefully matched & registered and is diamond honed on the top & bottom to ensure the leveling.

Rails & Cushions

Custom wide profile rails with Speed Cushions are Live Gum Rubber, K-66 style cushions as required and approved by the BCA for tournament play. They are time tested for correct speed and accuracy. Live air space, assists the cushion in its ability to control the speed and accuracy of the ball. It also allows the cushion to breath from the front to back, maintaining rubber consistency. Meets or exceeds BCA standards on all models. Solid wood rail liners are used for the most accurate rebound available. With our Precision-Inlayed, sharp pointed, genuine Mother of Pearl diamond shaped sights give all North Coast Billiards tables the quality appearance you would expect from a fine piece of furniture.

Pool Table Frame

All of our tables have a solid-core board slate foundation. The solid-core board is an engineered material that provides a flat level support area for the slate to rest on. Below the solid-core board is the Uni-frame support structure, which offers the utmost in style and support. The support system uses 1 ½" thick and 4 ½" tall hardwood beams, utilizing a grid framework used where 2 cross beams run the width with 1 center beam run the length. These beams are interlock to one another and attached using heavy metal brackets. This method of construction ensures maximum stability, keeping the cabinet squared and true forever. The main frame is assembled at the factory for easier installation.

Leather Shield Pockets

Designer genuine leather shield pockets are used in every North Coast Billiards table, creating a very attractive, matching pocket as opposed to fringe which will look worn and frizzy quickly.

• Bolted directly to rails to ensure that the pocket will not move once tightened
• Interlock with rails to ensure that your pockets will always remain tight for life
• Cast iron pocket frames are used to eliminate breaking from a person resting their weight on the pocket
