Gameroom Designs Dallas - Store Info

We have served the Central Texas Area for over 17 years. We started our business in 1985 as a billiard service company and from that beginning we have expanded into other Gameroom Furniture. Throughout the years we have carried every major brand of Billiard equipment made. We have recieved awards as a top national dealer for Brunswick, Kasson, and C.L. Bailey.

Our Founder Todd McClure began in the business in 1978 as a billiard mechanic, and may even personally install yor tablel. Todd has set up and installed over a thousand Billiard tables and it is upon that foundation that we have chosen the various manufactures represented. In additon to the service bacground Todd has worked as a factory representative and as a retail billiard sales consultant. We work for you, the customer, and have always remained true to our principles. We hope to provide you with some of the answers and information that you will seek within our site.

History

I began in the billiard business as a billiard mechanic in 1979 with the first pool table ever set up being an Olhausen model called the Monterey. Started my first billiard service company in Phoenix Arizona in 1981 with contracts to install pool tables for Montgomery Wards, Sears and the local Brunswick franchise. Moved to Austin Texas in 1984 and started another billiard service company and retail store Eight Ball Billiards, which evolved into Gameroom Designs in 1991. Throughout the years I have ran two retail stores in Austin and San Antonio, selling every major Brand of pool tables known. In 1994 worked with a consulting firm to teach sales and product demonstration technique's to the billiard industry. That firm acquired both Manufacture and retail clients from that association. Also have experience as a factory representative for a major billiard manufacture and contributed to product and distribution policy development.

Hobbies and Interests

I like to ride my motorcycle, and enjoy the outdoors. I like archery and to shoot pool when I'm not playing with the computer. I enjoy cooking a great Texas barbeque and getting together with friends.
