We hired Delphi Billiards Ltd. to disassemble, move, and assemble our pool table at our new location.
They didn't assemble the table correctly; it curved to the middle.
We have attempted to contact this company but they failed to come and repair it. At first, they said they would come to fix it and gave us a date. We gave them a call back after the date had passed, and again a week later to see if they could come back and fix it. We have attempted to contact them again via e-mail and phone multiple times and they have not to responded to us.
A month has passed, and now we have to pay another company to come and fix it, which will cost us more than $200.
I will not recommend this company. Once I get the bill, I will attach a picture of my account to verify if my claim is legitimate or not. Their quality of work is inferior.
