BQE Billiards has 12,000 square feet of entertainment space and 25 well-maintained professional Brunswick Gold Crown pool and billiard tables for your enjoyment.

BQE Billiards, Bar, & Restaurant began in 1991. Two brothers remodeled an old manufacturing plant into an elegant pool hall, bar, and restaurant in the midst of Jackson Heights.

Since then the two brothers have continued to operate and evolve the billiards hall to this day, along with a significant amount of help from the second generation.

Our goal is to provide our visitors and guests with quality food and generally wholesome entertainment at a competitive price vis-a-vis the same quality goods and services.

So stop in for a game of pool or ping pong, air hockey or foosball, or any number of arcade games. Or just stop in to relax and enjoy watching a sporting event on one of our many big screen TV's.

And for those interested in finding pool playing companions, we offer league play so you can work on improving your game and / or possibly competing at the city, state and national level.

BQE Billiards 30th Anniversary

You are formally welcome to the BQE Billiards 30-Year Anniversary Party!

BQE Billiards began 30 years ago in 1991 when brothers Nick and John Katelas, both of whom immigrated from a small village in Greece, remodeled an old airplane manufacturing plant into an elegant pool room in the heart of Queens, New York.

Our mission has always been to offer wholesome entertainment and a pleasant dining experience to friends and families of all ages and our longevity has been a testament to the fulfillment of that goal. Through the good and bad times we have stood by our community and they have stood by us including 2021 which was a difficult year for all of us, especially BQE Billiards, which in addition to the temporary closure of our business we sadly lost John Katelas.

As an act of gratitude to the loyalty and patronage of our customers and in remembrance of John, we are celebrating the 30 year anniversary of BQE Billiards on Monday, November 22 from 7pm to 11pm. Please come and join us!

Pool Tournaments at BQE Billiards

The American Pool Association is designed for casual pool player to have fun, meet new people and enjoy the game. All players are welcome from beginner to advance. We play in well-regulated 8-ball and 9-ball leagues and tournaments. There are 16 weeks to the season including playoffs. The ultimate prize is a free trip to Las Vegas with your team and chance to win $5000.
