New 3-Cushion Book "Big Points in 3 Cushion"

A friend recently told me that there is a new 3-Cushion billiards book coming out.

Big Points in 3 Cushion

I think that is the correct title, but he isn't sure.

It is written in English by Andreas Efler from Austria

Can somebody tell me how it is? Does anyone have a review?
