Definition of Foot of the Table
Foot of the Table is a billiards term that is a part of Pool Table Terminology.
The foot of the table is the end of the billiard table where the rack of balls is typically placed. The foot of the table is bordered by the foot rail, or end rail.

You know he's an amateur when he doesn't even know to rack the balls at the foot of the table.
