Definition of Billiards Glove
Billiards Glove is a billiards term that is a part of Billiard Accessory Terminology.
A billiard glove, or pool glove, is a tight-fitting glove covering most or all of the thumb, index finger and middle finger. Billiard gloves are typically made from spandex and may contain leather on certain areas. The billiard glove is worn on the bridge hand as a more convenient and less messy alternative to using hand talc. It's purpose is to ensure a smooth-gliding billiard stroke.

Billiards Glove - Usage
Damn, I forgot my billiards glove at home tonight and the pool hall doesn't have any hand talc. I guess the cue will be sticking to my hand all night, and my stroke will suffer as a result.
