Where Can I Find the Price and Sell a Set of Ivory Billard Balls?

I have a set of ivory billiard balls from my father's bar. His cousin owned the bar before him and had a set of ivory billiard balls in the warehouse. Dad said his cousin gave them to him sometime around 1960. They are in the original box and have never been used. The box says "Made in Belgium." Does anyone have any suggestions on where I could get these appraised and sold. We live in a state that does all the sale of ivory.

   Are there any other markings on the box, inside or out?

   On the back is a stamp with 2 1/4" (I have attached a picture) and the tissue paper that wraps the balls has "Made in Belgium" on them.
