E-race-it Cue Ball Correcting Kit

Looking for any info on this reversed cue/8 ball set. No luck with Google it eBay, and my only lead being the sales tax aging it at later 70s to early 90s. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    That is one cool ball set. Also very cool to still have the marketing brochure in great shape like that.

    I've not seen this one before and it is certainly a set that would be sought-after by folks who collect old and obscure billiard ball sets.

    I too checked the CA sales tax history tables, and based on that 6% rate, it would date it to one of three periods I believe:

    • 1973-07-01 to 1973-09-30
    • 1974-04-01 to 1989-11-30
    • 1991-01-01 to 1991-07-14

    Aramith (Saluc) currently sells a similar kit for about $25 USD. They also sell each of the balls individually, for around $15 USD. They refer to them as the "reverse white 8 ball" and the "reverse black cue ball".

    I'll keep an eye open for more of these, and if you find anything more in the meanwhile, please do let us know.
