Brunswick Premier Balls?

I just bought these on e-bay because I thought they'd look interesting setup on my vintage Brunswick 20th Century table (currently restoring). I don't know if they are in the correct box or not. Couldn't find a darn thing about them after LOTs of web searching.

Anyone here know of these?
