What happens if you scratch on the break and a stripe ball went in? Does the table is still open or not? If not then my balls are stripe balls?

The table remains open.
The opponent now has the option of (a) re-racking and you taking the break-shot over, or (b) your inning ends and he takes the table as-is.
From the WPA 8-Ball Rules:
If the breaker fouls in any manner not listed above, the following player has the option of:
- Accepting the balls in position, or
- Taking cue ball in hand behind the head string.
