Re-Spotting Object Ball but Cue Ball is in the Way
What do you do when you have to re-spot an object ball but the cue ball is in the way?
For example, you hit the wrong object ball and the ball you hit should be re-spotted back to it's original position but the cue ball is in that spot.
This question relates to the following billiard rules:

If the cue ball is blocking the spot. You have to put it as close to the spot as possible.
Example: Let's say the cue ball is on the spot. Place the object ball below the cue ball on the center line, so close to the cue ball that it touches it. It has to touch and it has to stay on that center line without moving another ball.
The whole idea is to put the ball on the center line as close as possible to the spot. You only spot balls on the spot when the spot is clear.
